Cindy has been with Morello Concrete since its founding, managing all the books and helping guide the company for over 40 years. During her tenure as CEO, Morello Concrete has experienced consistent growth while delivering professional concrete work, particularly in driveways and patios. She has also been instrumental in helping clients who want to redo their driveways or install a new driveway. In her spare time, Cindy enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and cooking up some of the most delicious Italian meals.
Joe began his concrete career right after high school as a concrete pump operator for San Diego Concrete Pumping, a company founded by his father. In 2006, he transitioned to Morello Concrete, where he now oversees all day-to-day operations, bringing his extensive knowledge of professional concrete work to the team. Joe is passionate about enhancing outdoor spaces, whether it’s installing driveways and patios or helping clients value engineer their projects. A die-hard Pittsburgh sports fan, he also coaches his son's sports teams throughout the year.
Dalton began his concrete career in 2013 as a junior estimator bidding on residential projects and small commercial jobs, including driveways and patios. Today, he bids on our largest and most prestigious projects, showcasing his expertise in professional concrete work. An integral part of our success, he can often be overheard laughing on the phone with clients, and he is known in the business as one of the friendliest and most likable guys in construction. Whether clients want to redo their driveway or are looking for a reliable San Diego concrete contractor, Dalton is their go-to person. In his free time, Dalton is an avid camper and spends many weekends traveling with family.
Cain began his career with Morello Concrete as a laborer in 2016 and worked his way up to project manager, specializing in professional concrete work. He consistently juggles between 10-20 projects at any given time, including driveways and patios. Whenever he gets the chance, Cain loves to explore new places as a huge foodie, having traveled extensively to try out the next great hot spot for when he decides to redo my driveway or recommend a new driveway. As a San Diego concrete contractor, his passion for food and concrete work keeps him motivated.
Francisco has been with Morello Concrete since the late eighties. He began his career as a laborer, working his way up to journeyman and then foreman. Learning directly under the wing of Joe Sr., Francisco is considered one of the sharpest minds in the concrete industry, especially when it comes to professional concrete work like driveways and patios. There isn’t anything Francisco can’t build, whether it’s a new driveway or helping clients who want to redo my driveway. A massive Padre fan, he rarely misses a game.
Juan joined Morello Concrete in 2013 as a foreman, bringing over 25 years of experience in the concrete industry. He has an exceptional eye for detail, particularly when it comes to professional concrete work on high-profile architectural jobs, including stunning driveways and patios. Throughout his tenure, Juan has delivered some of our most impressive projects. In 2025, he was promoted to superintendent, where he now oversees multiple foremen and shares his extensive knowledge with the team, empowering them with the skills needed to create beautiful new driveways and to expertly redo my driveway when necessary. Brian has worked a variety of jobs in the concrete industry, including concrete pumping and demolition, as well as scheduling and logistics. He is vital to ensuring our projects run smoothly, managing all submittals and shop drawings, and assisting in residential concrete estimating, particularly for new driveways and patios.
